About Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers

MHACY is the second largest public housing authority in New York City Area with New York City being the largest. There are 19 developments with 2,047 Conventional Public Housing apartments throughout the city. The Section 8 Program has 2,600 apartments
leased with over 800 private landlords.
